§ The story

Why this car exists.

Monarq's first hybrid sports car places a 200 kW motor on the front axle, a 4.0-litre flat-plane V8 amidships, and a 90 kg battery between them. The hybrid system is calibrated to fill the V8's natural torque trough, never to substitute for it.

Pure-electric range is short and intentional: it is enough to leave a paddock in silence, not to commute. The point of the car is, and remains, the V8.
